Delivery of goods:
Depending on your preferences, the delivery can be carried out by either Cargo Express or Express Shipping, through all available points in the country.
The shipment can be delivered to the cargo base in the selected city or to the home address depending on the location/city. Door-to-door delivery is not possible if the selected location located outside the regions where the services are available.
The consignment is sent and picked up with an identification document and a signature from both parties.
Delivery time:
The products will usually be delivered in 1-3 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not factored in this period.
The above stated deadlines indicate the usual time required for delivery of the shipments and are non-binding.
The delivery period starts after the goods leave the warehouse not on the day when the order is sent.
In case of late delivery we do not bear responsibility if the delay is caused by the company in charge of delivery.
Payment and pricing:
Unless otherwise agreed, all payments should be paid in cash in the full amount upon acceptance of delivery. The purchaser is not obliged to pay for the goods until they are delivered. The purchaser shall not be entitled to cash discounts.
The cost of the delivery is completely decided by the chosen company in charge of shipping. Delivery price is variable and depends on the size, volume and number of packages. The usual price range is from 70-150 denars.

Notification of defects:
Before the customers accept a shipment they are obliged to visually inspect the package and determine if there are any visible physical damages. It is crucial that you also thoroughly examine every individual one of the contents in the box.
If there is significant and noticeable damage to the package itself or any of the contents, photographic evidence of the damages is required. Further information on the Return Policy form page.
